摘要
通过在松材线虫病疫区营建抗松材线虫病马尾松无性系测定林,连年调查各参试无性系生长指标、开花结实特征、枯死情况,将这些信息反馈到马尾松抗性种子园的管理中,淘汰掉生长表现差和抗病性弱的无性系,以改善抗性无性系种子园抗病性子代的生长特性,提高其抗病性。
With the establishment of pinewood nematodiasis-resistant Pinus massoniana clones test plantations in pinewood nematodiasis-infected areas, surveys could be made in consecutive years on the growth indexes, characteristics of flowering and fruiting and withering cases of the tested clones,and all the monitoring results could be used in the management of the pinewood nematodiasis-resistant Pinus massonianaseed seed orchard to eliminate those clones with poor growth performance and poor disease resistance in order to improve the growth characteristics of the nematodiasis-resistant progeny of the seed orchard and improve the disease resistance.
