摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了Al-ZnO氧化物。用Al-ZnO氧化物作催化剂,以环氧丙烷(PO)、二氧化碳和甲醇为原料一步催化合成了碳酸二甲酯(DMC)并联产碳酸丙烯酯(PC)。利用SEM、XRD等方法对Al-ZnO进行了表征,考察了催化剂用量、反应温度及反应时间对合成DMC的影响。结果表明,Al离子均匀的掺杂进入ZnO晶格中,Al-ZnO氧化物结晶度高。研究得出,经600℃焙烧的Al-ZnO催化剂的催化活性较高,在催化剂用量为1.0 g,反应温度160℃,反应时间为5 h下,可使环氧丙烷转化率达到100%,DMC的选择性为34.2%。
Al -ZnO was prepared in a co -precipitation process, and methyl carbonate (DMC) and propylene carbonate (PC) were synthesized with Al -ZnO as the catalyst and propylene oxide (PO), carbon dioxide and methanol as the materials in a catalytic process. Al -ZnO was characterized using SEM and XRD techniques, etc. The effects of catalyst amount, reaction temperature and reaction time on the synthesis of DMC were studied. The results of study have shown that Al ions are distributed uniformly in ZnO crystal lattices and the crystallinity of Al - ZnO is high. The catalytic activity of Al - ZnO catalyst that has been calcinated at 600 ℃ is high, and the conversion of propylene oxide reaches 100% and the selectivity of DMC is 34. 2% when the catalyst amount is 1.0 g, the reaction temperature is 160℃ and the reaction time is 5 h.
