摘要
在国际关系新形势下,中国新一代国家领导人提出了"命运共同体"的新理念。利用相关资料,历时梳理"命运共同体"概念的发展沿革,在前人研究的基础上总结"命运共同体"的内涵意义,并结合东南亚局势探讨东南亚"周边命运共同体"的基础和重要性,以及汉语传播在其中的意义,提出构建"三线一特"东南亚汉语传播体系的主张。
The paper chronologically reviews the evolution of the concept of＂community of shared future＂and summarizes its connotation on the basis of previous studies,discusses the importance of the concept of＂community of shared future＂and the significance of spreading Chinese language in Southeast Asia,and suggests establishing a system of spreading Chinese language in Southeast Asia in view of the situation in the region.
