摘要 肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cells,HSCs)的活化被普遍认为是形成肝纤维化的中心环节.各种因素可通过多种信号通路来调节HSCs的功能,其中哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mammalian target of rapamycin,mTOR)信号通路是重要的一条通路.因此,深入研究mTOR信号通路与HSCs增殖、凋亡、自噬、衰老的关系,可为临床上肝纤维化的治疗提供新的靶点及方法.本文就mTOR信号通路与HSCs功能关系的研究进展作一综述. The activation of hepatic stellate cells(HSCs) is generally considered to be the central link in the formation of hepatic fibrosis. Various factors can regulate the function of HSCs through multiple signaling pathways, of which the mammalian target of rapamycin(mTOR) signaling pathway is especially important. Elucidating the relationship between the mTOR signaling pathway and the proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, and senescence of HSCs can provide new therapeutic targets and methods for the clinical treatment of hepatic fibrosis. This paper discusses the relationship between the mTOR signaling pathway and the function of HSCs.
