根据大型轴承套圈清洗机的工作原理,详细分析了调整状态和自动控制状态下机器的动作过程并统计了输入和输出点数,选择PLC控制元件,编制了电气元件一览表,圆满地完成了轴承清洗机的电气设计,满足了产品质量和生产进度的要求。
According to the working principle of large bearing ring cleaning machme,the operation processes of the machine under the condition of adjustment and automatic control are analyzed in detail, and the input and output points are counted up, PLC control components are selected, and the list of electrical components is compiled to successfiilly complete the bearing cleaning machine electrical designand meet the requirements of product quality and production schedule.
