摘要
以不同体积掺率的钢纤维作为因变量,设计了钢纤维喷射混凝土的配合比,通过室内试验检测了其力学性能,并通过工程应用实例对其在隧道工程中应用效果进行研究。室内试验表明:当钢纤维体积掺率由0.0%增加到0.8%时,各龄期下钢纤维喷射混凝土的抗拉与抗折强度得到了较大的提高;同时考虑满足钢纤维喷射混凝土的力学性能和经济效益的情况下,建议钢纤维的最佳体积掺率取0.6%。工程应用表明:在隧道二衬结构中采用钢纤维喷射混凝土后,具有施工方便、早期强度高、能够与围岩紧密接触并提供支护抗力,对围岩扰动少等优点,且衬砌结构受压应力较小,满足结构安全设计要求,应用前景广阔。
By taking different volume of steel fiber as a factor,this paper designed the mixture ratio of steel fiber shotcrete and then analyzed its mechanical properties by laboratory test,and discussed the application effects in tunnel engineering. Laboratory tests show that when the volume ratio of steel fiber increases from 0 to 0. 8%,the tensile strength and flexural strength of steel fiber reinforced concrete under different ages can be improved dramatically,but the compressive strength change is not obvious. Considering the mechanical and economic benefits of steel fiber reinforced shotcrete,it is suggested that the optimum volume fraction of steel fiber should be 0. 6%. The engineering application shows that the use of steel fiber shotcrete in tunnel lining structure has many advantages,such as convenient construction,high early strength and less disturbance to the surrounding rock. Moreover,the compressive stress of lining structure is small which could meet the requirement of structural safety design and has broad application prospects.
