摘要
研究了不同种类缓凝剂对磷建筑石膏凝结时间和力学强度的影响,测试了添加不同种类缓凝剂后磷建筑石膏的绝干密度,水化热。并利用XRD检测了磷建筑石膏的物相组成,运用SEM分析了改性后磷建筑石膏的微观形貌。结果表明:NS、NP和SC对磷建筑石膏均具有一定的缓凝作用,但效果不同,SC缓凝效果优于其他两种;在相同掺量的情况下,SC对磷建筑石膏硬化体强度影响较为明显,并且其对磷建筑石膏硬化体绝干密度的影响也最大。缓凝剂SC可以使磷建筑石膏的水化放热时间推迟,降低了水化放热峰。缓凝剂SC的合适掺量范围为0.1%~0.2%。实验结果为进一步研究磷建筑石膏的缓凝机理提供了参考价值。
In this experiment,we have researched the effects of different types of retarders on phosphor building gypsum setting time and mechanical strength,and text the dry density and hydration heat of phosphor building gypsum after added different types of retarders. The phase composition of the plaster was studied by XRD,and the microstructure of modified plaster was studied by SEM. The research finding shows that NS,NP and SC have a certain retardation effect on phosphorus building gypsum,but the effect is different,the best effect of retardation is SC; In the case of the same amount of content,the maximum effect on the strength of the hardened body of the gypsum is SC,and its effect on the dry density of hardened body in phosphorus building gypsum is also the greatest. SC can make the hydration heat of the phosphorus building gypsum delayed,and reducing the hydration exothermic peak. The suitable dosage range of SC is 0. 1%-0. 2%. The experimental results provide a reference value for the further study of the retardation mechanism of phosphorus building gypsum.
