摘要
为了处理邻磺酸钠苯甲醛生产中产生的废水,采用酸析重结晶法回收邻氯苯甲酸;回收后滤液采用双氧水将碘化钾氧化为碘单质,利用强碱性离子交换树脂进行离子交换富集,解析后的富碘液采用铁粉还原法生产碘化钾,补加适量的碘化钾后重复用于邻磺酸钠苯甲醛的合成,副产物邻氯苯甲酸还可作为产品销售.
In order to deal with the waste water produced in the production of 2-formylbenzenesulfonic acid sodium salt,o-chlorobenzoic acid was recovered by acid precipitation recrystallization.The reclaimed filtrate is oxidized to iodide by hydrogen peroxide in the filtrate after recovery,and the ion exchange is used to enrich the ion exchange resin by strong alkali ion exchange resin.The analytical solution of iodine rich liquid was produced by iron reduction method to produce potassium iodide,and a proper amount of potassium iodide was added to the synthesis of 2-formylbenzenesulfonic acid sodium salt.
