摘要
卫星通信业务的快速发展对卫星载荷数量及容量的提升提出了更高的要求,近年来出现的重叠可展开天线大大提升了现有卫星平台的载荷及通信容量,为今后高通量通信卫星的发展及应用提供了有效的解决方案。相比于传统的可展开天线,星载重叠可展开天线展开过程更复杂,涉及到天线方位/俯仰轴的两轴运动。如何解决天线地面重力卸载以模拟天线星上展开过程,并验证天线展开性能成为重叠可展开天线研制过程中的重要问题。提出一种星载重叠可展开天线的重力卸载方案,该方法已在多个卫星的天线研制中得到成功应用,为今后此类天线的研制提供有效借鉴。
With the rapid development of high throughput satellite,increasing requirement of payload capacity of satellite has become a big challenge to traditional payload configuration on the satellite. The appearance of deployable overlapping antenna provides an effective solution to this problem. Compared with the traditional deployable antenna,the deployment process of deployable overlapping antenna is much more complicated,which refers to simultaneous rotation of two axis of the APDM( Antenna Deployment and Pointing Mechanism). How to realize the gravity uploading and simulate the deployment process on ground becomes an important problem during the research of deployable overlapping antenna. An effective method of gravity unloading has been proposed and has been successfully implemented in several satellite projects,which starts a good example for the research of other similar antennas.
