聚酯纤维水泥稳定碎石力学性能试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 为进一步研究聚酯纤维水泥稳定碎石(polyester fiber cement-stabilized macadam,PETCSM)的力学性能,通过混合料拌合试验,确定纤维分散性较优的PETCSM混合料拌合方法,并进行力学性能试验测试,分析纤维的质量分数、直径对CSM抗压强度、抗压回弹模量等力学性能指标影响的变化规律及作用机理。结果表明:随着聚酯纤维的质量分数的增加,PETCSM抗压强度先增加后减小,最大增幅达9.95%,抗压回弹模量整体呈下降趋势;在聚酯纤维的质量分数不变的情况下,随纤维直径的增加,抗压强度递减,抗压回弹模量没有显著变化。兼顾无侧限抗压强度及抗压回弹模量两个力学性能指标综合最优,则纤维的最佳质量分数约为0.7‰,直径为20μm。 In order to further study the mechanical properties of polyester fiber cement-stabilized macadam,through the mixing test of mixture, the mixing method of PETCSM mixture with excellent fiber ddetermined, and the mechanical property test is carried out to analyze the influence of tlie quality fraction anddiameter of fiber on the variation and the mechanism of the mechanical property indexes, such as thecompression strength and the compression rebound modulus. The results show that with the increase of the massfraction of polyester fiber,the compression strength of PETCSM first increases and then decreases,the maximum increase being 9. 95%,and the compression rebound modulus decreases overall. In the case of the same massfraction of polyester fiber,the compression strength decreases with the increase of the fiber diameter,and thecompression rebound modulus varies little. The optimum mass fraction of the fiber is about 0. 7‰ and thediameter is 20 μm,considering that the two kinds of mechanical properties of unconfined and compression rebound modulus are optimal.
