摘要
筛选能够提高沙棘生根率的扦插繁殖技术及新型基质,解决生产中育苗效率和新品种快繁问题。通过采用枝条不同部位的插穗、不同IBA浓度(50、100、150 mg/kg)、不同基质(河沙、蛭石、木耳栽培废弃物),进行3个俄罗斯大果沙棘品种嫩枝扦插试验。结果表明:IBA能够促进插条生根,其中50 mg/kg效果最好,三个沙棘品种嫩枝扦插平均生根率排序为伊尼亚82%>丘伊斯克78%>阿尔泰72%;基质对沙棘(丘伊斯克)嫩枝扦插生根率影响不显著,以河沙+蛭石+木耳栽培废弃物为基质生根率最高,达到80%。枝条不同部位对沙棘(丘伊斯克)扦插生根率影响显著,枝条下部插穗生根率最高,达到85%。沙棘嫩枝扦插适宜组合为:枝条下部插穗+IBA50 mg/kg+河沙、蛭石、木耳栽培废弃物。本试验为沙棘优质苗木的规模化培育提供了充分的理论依据以及实践指导。
A set of the cutting propagation technique and new substrate of promoting rooting rate on Hippophae rhamnoides were screened and the problems of seedling efficiency in production and rapid propagation of new varieties were solved. The experiment on the green shoot cutting propagation of three varieties of Russian Hippophae rhamnoides, Linn were studied with a range of concentra-tions IBA(50mg/kg, 100 mg/kg, 150 mg/kg) , different matrix (river sand, vermiculite and black fungus culture waste) and differ-ent part of branch. The results showed that different concentration of IBA could promote the rooting rate, with the 50mg/kg promoted most, the average rooting rate of Yiniya was the highest(82% ) , followed by Qiuyisike(78% ) , Aertai(72% ). Rooting rate was sig-nificantly effected by different part of branch, basal branches promoted the most (85 % ) , whereas medium did not significantly influ-ence it, with the river sand and vermiculite supplemented with black fungus culture waste(80% ). The suitable combination was basal branches + with 50mg/kg IBA + river sand, vermiculite and black fungus culture waste. The results of the study would provide suf-ficient theoretical basis and practical guidance for Scale breeding of high quality seedlings.
