摘要
本文针对大数据时代下电子政务的数据特点,基于数据分级保护理念提出一种SIP数据分级模型,以国产密码算法为核心设计了一种安全可靠的数据存储加密模型,并对数据安全交换和数据安全传输中常用的网闸、虚拟专用网络技术的实现原理进行浅析,为电子政务数据安全技术应用和管理提供参考。
Aiming at the data characteristics of e-government in the era of big data, a SIP data hierarchical model based on the concept of data hierarchical protection theory is proposed. Then use the Chinese cryptographic algorithm as the core a secure and reliable data storage encryption model is designed. Besides, the principles of the net gap and virtual private network technique, which separately used in data security exchange and data safe transmission in common, are analyzed. Based on all the above, this paper provides reference for the application and management of e-government data security techniques.
