农田旋耕机载荷功率在线测量系统设计与实现 被引量:2

摘要 功率消耗是衡量农田旋耕机性能的重要指标,为了测量不同类型和配置的旋耕机在作业过程中的实时功率,设计了农田旋耕机载荷功率在线测量系统,利用电阻应变片电桥贴在动力传动轴上来测量扭矩,通过光感探测装置与齿轮盘配合使用测量传动轴的转速,最后将扭矩和转速数据通过2.4G无线模块实时送给上位机进行处理,从而得出旋耕机的实时消耗功率。通过在扭矩平台进行静态标定,得到了扭矩与电桥输出电压的线性关系,且在0!2000N·m范围内的标定平均误差仅为0.347%。田间试验结果表明:设计的系统能够实时获取旋耕机的输出载荷功率,且工作稳定可靠,为农田旋耕机结构优化设计和调整最优作业状态提供了宝贵的数据依据。 Power consumption is an important indicator to evaluat the performance of the farmland rotary cultivator,an online power load measurement system for farmland rotary cultivator is proposed to measure real-time power of different types and configurations in the process of working. The resistance strain gauge bridge is attached to the transmission shaft to measure torque,and the light detection device is used to work out the rotating speed of transmission shaft with the gear disk. Finally,the torque and rotating speed are sent to the host computer in real time for processing through 2. 4G wireless module,which works out the power consumption of rotary cultivtor. The linear relationship between torque and output voltage of the bridge are obtained by the static calibration on the torque platform,and the calibration average error is only 0. 347% in the rang of 0-2000 N "m. The field experiment results showed that the system can get the power load of rotary cultivator in real-time and workes stable and reliable,providing valuable data basis for structural optimization design and the optimum operation state adjustment of farmland rotary structure.
