摘要
现有果园机械除草一般不能清除株间杂草,仅可除掉果树行间杂草,导致果园杂草重新泛滥,降低了机械除草的作业效果,需要人工进行二次补耕。为此,设计了一种果园株间除草自动让树装置,安装于除草机上,用于果园里树与树之间经济、快速、高效除草作业。通过理论分析和计算,确定让树装置各工作参数,并对主要工作部件进行了设计,且保证机械感应触杆碰到果树的时候,刀具快速闭合,使得刀具松到树旁边的土壤但不会伤到树。该装置还可与耕耘机、修剪机单侧或双侧连接一起作业,提高了果园机械作业效率。
Since mechanical weeding in orchards usually without eliminating weeds between plants, there are only to get rid of weeds between rows of fruit trees, even result in the re-flooding of weeds in orchards. This phenomenon had re- duced operation effect of mechanical weeding and required manually complete the secondary tillage. For this situation, an automatic setup allowing trees for weeding among plants in orchards was installed on the weeding machines. It was used for getting a more economically, quickly and efficiently thyroidal work between trees and trees. Each operating parameters of the setup allowing trees was produced through theoretical analysis and calculations. The main working parts were de- signed to ensure that the tool was closed quickly when the mechanical and sensing feeler touched trees, and the blade loosened soil next to the trees without hurting it. The setup also operated with unilateral or bilateral connection of the till- er or the trimmer. This would complete complex works at once and improve mechanical efficiency in orchards.
