摘要
实验室是高校从事教学和科研的重要基地,其安全性至关重要。在剖析当今地方高等院校实验室安全与管理面临的六大问题基础上,从五个方面入手构建地方高校实验室安全综合管理体系,并从管理、人员、物料、机器、环境等五个安全要素为切入点构建实验室安全评价体系,为地方院校实验室开展安全评价与管理提供参考。
Laboratory is an important base for teaching and scientific research in universities, and its safety is very important. After analyzing the six major problems faced by the laboratory safety and management of local universities, laboratory safety management system in local universities is proposed from five aspects. From the five safety factors of management, personnel, material, machine and environment, the laboratory safety evaluation system is also constructed. These schemes provide reference for safety assessment and management of local university laboratories.
