摘要
为了解决牛瘤胃微生物合成的赖氨酸不能满足小肠营养需要的问题,经赖氨酸缺陷培养基厌氧培养,成功从牛瘤胃液中分离出一株能够合成并向外界释放游离赖氨酸的菌株。经对16SrDNA基因序列的分析,该菌与阴沟肠杆菌的同源性最强,序列相似性为99%,且革兰染色镜检结果及理化性质相一致,确定其为阴沟肠杆菌;经游离赖氨酸含量检测,该菌赖氨酸合成量为4.01mg/L,明显高于对照组1.20mg/L的含量。
In order to solve the problem that lysine produced by microorganism of bovine rumen can't fit the nutrient requirement of small intestine, a bacterial strain which can be synthesized and release free lysine was isolated from bovine tumor gastric juice through anaerobic culture of lysine defect medium. Through the analysis of 16 SrDNA gene sequence, the bacteria is the most homologous with the enterobacter cloacae, the sequence similarity is 99%, the results of gram stain and physieo- chemical properties are consistent, and it is confirmed as the enterobacter cloacae. The lysine synthesis is 4. 01 mg/L, signifi- cantly higher than the control group of 1.20 mg/L by the content detection of free lysine.
