摘要
AP1000采用简化的两回路设计,蒸汽发生器的设计寿命为60年,与传统的二代加40年设计寿命的三回路、四回路蒸汽发生器相比,AP1000蒸汽发生器的尺寸更大,重量更重,传热管更薄,要求更高,设计更复杂,面临的制造难题更多。本文总结了AP1000蒸汽发生器制造过程中的难点,为后续AP1000蒸汽发生器的制造提供借鉴和参考。
AP1000 is two-loop-design, and the designed life of the two AP1000 Steam Generators is 60 years. Comparing with the traditional Generation II plus Steam Generators which are three-loop-design or four-loop-design, AP1000 Steam Generators have bigger size, heavier weight and thinner heat transfer tubes. Therefore, for AP1000 Steam Generators, the requirement is higher, the design is more complex, and the manufacturing is more difficult. This paper summarizes the difficulties in the AP1000 Steam Generator manufacturing process and provides reference for the subsequent steam generator manufacturing.
