摘要 目的建立高效液相色谱-串联质谱(LC-MS/MS)法同时测定护心口服液(甘草、黄芪、麦冬等)中苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、丹酚酸B、丹参素、原儿茶醛、甘草苷、黄芪甲苷、桂皮醛、丹参酮ⅡA、麦冬皂苷D、鲁斯可皂苷元的含有量。方法该药物甲醇提取液的分析采用Ultimate XB-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×100 mm,3μm);流动相水-甲醇(含0.05%甲酸),梯度洗脱;体积流量0.4 m L/min;柱温25℃。结果 11种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 0),平均加样回收率96.66%~103.2%,RSD 1.4%~3.4%。结论该方法灵敏、可靠、准确,可用于护心口服液的质量控制。 AIM To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) method for the simultaneous content determination of matrine, oxymatrine, salvia acid B, tanshinol, protocatechualdehyde, liquiritin, astragaloside, cinnamaldehyde, tanshinone U A, ophiopogonin D and ruscogenin in Huxin Oral Liquid (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, Astragali Radix, Ophiopogonis Radix, etc. ). METHODS The analysis of methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 25 ℃ thermostatic Ultimate XB-C18 column (4.6 mm × 100 ram, 3 μm ), with the mobile phase comprising of water-methanol (containing 0. 05% formic acid ) flowing at 0.4 mL/min in a gradient elution manner. RESULTS Eleven constituents showed good linear relationships with- in their own ranges (r 〉0. 999 0), whose average recoveries were 96. 66% - 103.2% with the RSDs of 1.4% - 3.4%. CONCLUSION This sensitive, reliable and accurate method can be used for the quality control of Huxin Oral Liquid.
