氮离子束对黑稻光合性状的诱变效应 被引量:2

摘要 为了探索氮离子束对黑稻光合性状的诱变效应,以不同剂量梯度的氮离子束对信阳特种黑稻进行辐照,观察并分析其对黑稻的茎蘖动态和光合性状的影响。结果发现:离子束的注入抑制了茎蘖数的增加,降低了叶面积指数和产量,随着离子注入剂量的增加,表现出剂量效应;离子束辐照后,黑稻的株型指标发生了变化,叶绿素含量随着离子注入剂量的增加表现先上升后下降趋势,还出现了叶绿素突变体。研究证明:氮离子束对黑稻的光合性状具有显著的诱变效应,在黑稻诱变选育方面,氮离子束是一种有效的手段。 In order to explore the mutagenic effects of irradiation witli nitrogen ion beam on photosynthetic chXinyang special black rice was irradiated by different gradient doses of nitrogen ion beam,tiller dynamic changes were observefects of photosynthetic traits of black rice were analyzed. This results showed that the injection of ion betillers and reduced the leaf area index. Further,as the ion implantation dose increased, those changes showed dosage effects. Some plant type indices of black rice were changed after ion beam iradiation. The chlorophyll content displayed the trend of first increased and then decreased as the ion implantation dose increased, and there were some chlorophyll mutant. This stiidy proved thbeam had significant mutagenic effect on photosynthetic characteristics of black rice, which was an efective tool in the field of mutation breeding of black rice.
