摘要
目的：总结归纳肾病血瘀证的中医探讨及水蛭干预治疗作用。方法：查找出近10年来肾病血瘀证的中医探讨及水蛭治疗的相关文献,进行分类总结得出结论。结果：肾病血瘀证与非血瘀证比较提示血瘀证患者肾脏病变更加严重,及其预后差的指标表达率更高,水蛭干预治疗后可以减少化验指标对其肾脏损害。结论：水蛭可以改善肾病血瘀证患者生活质量,延缓肾功能进展,保护肾脏。
Objective： To summarize exploration on blood-stasis syndrome of kidney disease in traditional Chinese medicine and intervention effects of hirudo. Methods： Related literature on research progress of TCM about blood-stasis syndrome of kidney disease and therapeutic medication referring to hirudo in recent ten years were reviewed and we made conclusions from classification and summarization. Results： Comparison between kidney disease with or without blood stasis syndrome hinted that severity of kidney disease was higher in patients with blood stasis syndrome,and their indexes of poorer prognosis were much higher. However,intervention treatment of hirudo can lower these indexes and damage the kidney. Conclusions： Hirudo has advantages of improving the quality of life in patients with blood-stasis syndrome of kidney disease and delaying progression of kidney function to protect the kidney.
