摘要
通过正交实验对苦豆子生物碱乳膏剂基质处方及乳膏剂制备工艺进行了优化。结果表明,各因素对乳膏剂基质质量影响大小顺序为:硬脂酸>单硬脂酸甘油酯>液体石蜡>甘油>白凡士林>三乙醇胺,苦豆子生物碱含量为1.0 g时乳膏剂稳定性好,0.1 g羟苯乙酯防腐效果好;乳膏剂的最佳制备工艺条件为:乳化温度80℃、均质时间3 min、均质速度2 800 r·min^(-1),铝塑复合软管包装。苦豆子生物碱乳膏剂的处方组成稳定、合理、外观色泽光亮、质地细腻、涂展性好。
We optimized the prescription of cream-base material and the preparation process of alkaloid cream of Sophora alopecuroides L.. The results showed that the influential significances of various factors were sequentially as follows(from the higher to lower) ; stearic acid, glyceryl monostearate, liquid paraffin, glycerol, white petrolatum, and triethanolamine. Cream has good stability when the alkaloid content of Sophora alopecuroides L. is 1.0 g,and the anti-corrosion effect is good when the phenolic ester is 0.1 g. The optimal preparation conditions of the cream are as follows.emulsification temperature of 80 ℃ ,homogenizing time of 3 min,homogenizing velocity of 2 800 r · min^- 1 ,and packaging with aluminum plastic composite hose. The prescription composition of the cream is stable and reasonable, the colour and lustre is light, the texture is fine, and the stretch ability is good.
