摘要
中国对外贸易碳排放问题已经被诸多学者从不同层面进行了研究,但还尚未涉及到从总体、产品部门以及三次产业视角研究我国对外贸易碳排放竞争力水平问题。笔者借鉴贸易竞争力(TC)指数分析法,构建起对外贸易碳排放竞争力指数,并运用2002年、2005年、2007年、2010年和2012年中国投入产出数据,分别从总体、产品部门以及三次产业视角测度和剖析中国对外贸易碳排放的竞争力水平状况。研究结果表明:中国总体对外贸易碳排放竞争力水平有待进一步提升;不同产品部门的贸易碳排放竞争力指数不同,这意味着有的产品部门贸易碳排放竞争力有优势,有的则处于竞争劣势;三次产业的对外贸易碳排放竞争力水平有高有低,彼此间差距明显。笔者认为,应当从优化贸易产品结构、推行能源行业产品进口替代、加强技术创新和升级以及发展第三产业等方面着手,有效降低出口贸易产品部门的碳排放,进而不断提高中国对外贸易碳排放的竞争力水平。
The issue of carbon emissions in China＇s foreign trade has been studied by many scholars from different aspects, but from the overall perspective, product sectors perspective and three industries perspective to study the level of China＇s foreign trade emission carbon competitiveness has been not involved. The author uses the index of trade competitiveness （TC） analysis to construct the Chinese foreign trade emission carbon competitiveness index, and based on Chinese input-output data of 2002, 2005, 2007, 2010 and 2012 measur- ing and analyzing the China＇s foreign trade emission carbon competitiveness index from overall perspective, product sector perspective and the three industries perspective, the empirical results showing： Chinese foreign trade carbon emissions competitiveness need to further improve; The carbon emission competition index of dif- ferent product sectors are different, it means some products sectors have advantages in trade carbon emissions competitiveness, while others have competitive disadvantage; The level of foreign trade carbon emission com- petitiveness in the three industries is high and low, and the gap between them is obvious. The author thinks that we should optimize the structure of trade products, implement import substitution of energy industry products, strengthen technological innovation and upgrading bon emissions from export sector, so as to better competitiveness. , develop the tertiary industry to effectively reduce carimprove the level of China＇s foreign trade carbon emission
