摘要
系统规范的实习教学可有效地帮助学生蜕变成一名合格的康复治疗师,从准康复治疗师阶段顺利地过渡到日后的工作岗位,以实现其岗位胜任力。但由于各实习基地条件参差不齐,并且难以做到有效的监控,导致各实习基地实习效果表现不一,所以需构建有效的实习教学效果评估方式,以了解学生通过实习后所拥有的技能水平,判断其岗位胜任能力。
The system specification practice teaching can effectively help students into a qualifed rehabilitation therapists, from the expectant rehabilitation therapists stage smoothly transition to the jobs in the future, in order to realize the position competency. But owing to the condition of practice bases is uneven, and it is diffcult to achieve effective monitoring, leading to mixed results in the practice bases, so it needs to build effective evaluation of practice teaching, in order to understand the skill levels of students through internship and judge the post competence.
