摘要
近些年我国的医疗事业取得了较快的发展,医疗水平得到大幅的提升与改善。但在医疗事业快速发展的同时医患矛盾也逐渐显现,这给医护人员的工作以及患者就医都带来了一些影响。消化内科如何更好地进行护理管理、降低护理风险,对减少医患矛盾的发生具有重要的意义。
In recent years,China's medical industry has achieved rapid development,medical level has been greatly improved,however.With the rapid development of medical service,the contradiction between doctors and patients is gradually emerging,and this has some impact on the work of medical staff and the medical treatment of patients.Gastroenterology department is as the focus and difficulty of hospital nursing work.How to better carry out nursing management and reduce nursing risk is of great significance for reducing the occurrence of doctor-patient contradiction.
