摘要
为给城际铁路车站设置提供更加合理的决策支持,在对城际铁路设站城市选择问题描述的基础上,将城市是否设置车站、两城市之间是否修建城际铁路作为决策变量,以决策变量逻辑约束、车站覆盖约束、绕道率约束和已知变量约束作为约束条件,选择城际铁路和车站修建费用之和最小作为目标函数,构建城际铁路设站城市选择优化模型。设计算例验证模型,结果表明模型求解速度快,并具有准确性和有效性。
In order to provide more reasonable decision support for inter-city railway station selection, optimization model on selecting cities for inter-city railway stations was built, based on describing the problems of selecting cities setting inter-city railway stations. In this model, two decision variables were: whether setting a station in the city and whether building the inter- city railway between two arbitrarily cities. The constraints were logical constraint of decision variables, railway station coverage rate constraint, bypass rate constraint, and the known variables constraint. The objective function was minimizing the sum of inter-city railway stations construction cost and inter-city railway lines construction cost. An appropriate numerical example was designed to verify the model, and the results show that the model has a quick solving speed with accurate and effective results at the same time.
