摘要
研究了不同厂家、不同粒径的碳酸钙对密封胶性能的影响,结果表明:纳米碳酸钙补强效果最好,制备的密封胶触变性好、拉伸强度和断裂伸长率最高;轻质碳酸钙制备的密封胶流动性好、硬度高;重质碳酸钙制备的密封胶流动性好、硬度稍低。
This article studies influences of calcium carbonate with different manufactories and particle size on per{~)rmances of sealant, The results show that nano calcium carbonate has best reinforcement effect and tile prepared sealants have good thixotropy and best tensile strength and elongation at break; sealants prepared with light calcium carbonate have good liquidity and high hardness; sealants prepared with heavy calcium carbonate have good liquidity and slightly lower hardness.
