物流商品二维图像触觉再现优化仿真研究

摘要 对物流商品二维图像触觉再现的优化,能够有效提高对环境的感知和优化能力。在所提方法中以物流商品图像为例,首先恢复出表面三维微观形,模拟近似于物理反馈的粗糙感,完成物流商品二维图像的触觉再现优化。传统方法先提取纹理表面的几何轮廓,得到物体表面粗糙特性,但忽略了对其进行物理反馈模拟,导致图像触觉再现优化效果不理想。提出基于SFS的物流商品二维图像触觉再现优化方法。将图像的轮廓形状信息与细节纹理信息分离,采用SFS从二维纹理图像中恢复出表面三维微观形,组建力触觉模型渲染,模拟近似于物理反馈的粗糙感,实现不同表面粗糙度的触觉再现,引入样板的粗糙度作为衡量触觉的参考标准,给出触觉再现装置设计器,完成对物流商品二维图像触觉再现优化。仿真证明,所提方法优化精度较高,大幅度提升了操作者的触觉感知和识别能力。 ABSTRACT:An optimization method for tactile reproduction of two-dimensional images is proposed based on logis- tics commodity of SFS. Firstly, the contour shape information and the detail texture information of image are separa- ted, and surface three-dimensional microscopic shape from two-dimensional texture images is restored by using SFS. Then tactile model rendering is built and roughness approach to physical feedback is simulated to achieve tactile re- production with different surface roughness. Moreover, sample roughness is introduced as reference standards for measuring tactile sensation to give reproduction device designer of tactile. Finally, the optimization of tactile repro- duction for two-dimensional images of logistics goods is complete. The simulation results demonstrate that the pro- posed method has high optimization accuracy. It can greatly promote operator' s tactiIe perception and recognition a- bility.
