以眼部症状为主要表现的神经梅毒1例

摘要 患者，男，57岁，因右侧眼睑下垂1周于2015年2月23日入院。患者自2月15日出现双眼胀痛，后出现右侧眼睑下垂，右眼活动不灵，伴有复视，但复视持续3d后消失。患者无头痛、呕吐，无意识障碍，无肢体麻木无力。既往史：2014年5月14日因右侧肢体无力，肌力4级，头颅MR诊断为左侧基底节区急性脑梗死，2个月后肌力完全恢复。
