摘要
目的分析中医特色护理联合个性化护理应用于骨折患者的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的72例骨折患者作为研究对象,根据不同护理方式将其分为研究组(36例)与对照组(36例)。对照组行个性化护理,研究组行中医特色护理联合个性化护理。比较两组患者的骨折肿胀指数及骨关节活动指数。结果护理前,两组患者的骨折肿胀指数及骨关节活动指数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组患者的骨折肿胀指数及骨关节活动指数与护理前比较明显更优,且研究组的骨折肿胀指数及骨关节活动指数优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医特色护理联合个性化护理应用于骨折患者的临床效果显著,可进一步改善患者的骨折肿胀及骨关节活动,值得在临床护理工作中推广运用。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with personalizednursing in patients with fracture. Methods A total of 72 patients with fractures were randomly divided into study group （36cases） and control group （36 cases） according to different nursing methods. The control group was given personalizednursing, and the study group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing combined with personalized nursing. Thefracture swelling index and bone joint activity index of patients in the two groups were compared. Results Before nursing,there were no significant differences in fracture swelling index and bone joint activity index between the two groups（P〉0.05）;after nursing, the fracture swelling index and bone joint activity index of the two groups were obviously better comparedwith those before nursing, and those of the study group were superior to the control group, the differences were statisticallysignificant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and personalized nursing inpatients with fracture is significant, which can effectively reduce the pain, improve the patients＇ fracture swelling and bonejoint activities, and it is worthy to be popularized in clinical nursing work.
