摘要
探讨了我国现行的钢轨波磨评价指标,详细介绍了国外较为先进和科学的波磨评价指标及打磨验收标准,包含钢轨表面不平顺粗糙度级、移动波深幅值峰-峰平均值、移动波深幅值有效值平均值等,并对国内钢轨波磨评价指标研究的最新进展进行了分析。通过实测案例对比分析了不同的评价指标,指出我国现行波磨评价指标的不足。目前我国的钢轨波磨评价指标及打磨验收标准指标单一且量值相对宽松,不能分波长进行评价,亟需开展城市轨道交通钢轨波磨评价指标的系统化研究。
This paper introduced the existing assessment indexes for rail corrugation in China,and advanced scientific assessment indexes for rail corrugation and acceptance standard of grinding at home and abroad, including the rail surface roughness level,moving average of peak-to-peak amplitudes,moving average of root-mean-square amplitudes,etc. Then the latest progress in domestic research on assessment indexes for rail corrugation was analyzed. The different assessment indexes were compared and analyzed based on actual measurement,and inadequacies of the existing assessment indexes for rail corrugation in China were pointed out. At present,both assessment indexes for rail corrugation and acceptance standard of grinding are relatively single and have less strict requirements,and they can not be assessed by wavelength.Therefore, it is necessary to carry out systematic scientific researches on assessment indexes for rail corrugation in urban rail transit.
