摘要
萝卜硫素是一种植物活性物质,服用一定剂量能对动物和人体产生多种有益的生理作用。由于它表现出来的功能,对它的研究也在逐年增加。最近的研究表明它对糖尿病的治疗有潜在的积极的作用。对萝卜硫素展开系统地研究和了解可以为开发新药物提供理论基础,为人们健康的生活方式提供指导意见,具有广阔的应用前景。为了对萝卜硫素的研究进展有一个较全面的认识,我们决定收集并整理相关资料进行综述的撰写,也为人们开发萝卜硫素的应用提供有价值的参考。本文综合萝卜硫素研究领域近年来多方面的研究结果,主要对其生理功能、药理机制做出简明综述。
Sulforaphane is a kind of plant active substance, taking a certain dose can produce a variety of benefcial physiological efects on animals and humans. Because of its functions, research on it is also increasing year by year. Recent studies have shown that it has potentially positive efects on the treatment of diabetes. Systematic research and understanding of sulforaphane can provide theoretical basis for the development of new drugs, provide guidance for people＇s healthy lifestyle and have broad application prospects. In order to have a comprehensive understanding of the research progress of the sulforaphane, we decided to collect and sort out the relevant information to summarize the writing, but also provide valuable reference for people to develop the application value of the sulforaphane. In this paper, we summarize some aspects of research on sulforaphane in recent years and make a brief review of its physiological functions and pharmacological mechanisms.
