摘要
为了解不同浸种时间下马尾松(Pinus massoniana)种子发芽的差异,对马尾松种子采用21℃清水分别浸泡12、24、48、72、96、120和144 h处理后培养,结果表明:浸泡24、48、72、96和120h的马尾松种子发芽率较高,此5个处理间发芽率差异不显著,而浸泡12和144 h的马尾松种子发芽率较低,此2个处理分别与其他处理差异显著(P<0.05)。综合7个处理的发芽势和发芽指数可知,室温22℃,水温21℃时,浸泡48 h的马尾松种子发芽效果最好。采用10种曲线拟合,3个发芽指标均为三次曲线拟合度最高。
In order to study the diferent efects of germination of Pinus massoniana seeds under diferent soaking time, the seeds of Masson pine were immersed in water at 21℃ for 12, 24, 48, 72, 96, 120 and 144 h, respectively, then plated in culture dishes. The results showed that The germination percentage of seeds soaked for 24, 48, 72, 96 and 120 h were higher, but the diference was not signifcant among the above fve soaking treatments. After soaking for 12 h or 144 h, the germination rate was relatively low. Both 12-hour soaking time and 144-hour soaking time were signifcant diferent from other fve kinds of seed soaking time (P〈0.05). Based on germination energy and germination index of P. massoniana seeds immersed in seven diferent soaking periods, it can be included that 48 h is the most appropriate soaking period. The ftting degree of the cubic of three germination indexes is the targest by comparing with 10 curves ftting.
