志愿者专业化发展中“内生模式”与“外控模式”的协同效应 被引量:5

The Synergistic Effect of “Endogenous Mode” and “External Control Mode” in the Professional Development of Volunteers

摘要 志愿者专业化发展的内生模式是通过调动和开发自身的自发性、积极性、主动性,达到促进志愿者自身的成长和实现自我价值的发展过程。志愿者专业化发展中"内生模式"的动力取向可以从社会期待、方针政策的导向作用,以及志愿者发展需要、志愿者身心和谐发展的目的四个方面来激发。志愿者专业化发展的过程离不开外部力量有目的、有计划地干预。志愿者专业化发展中"外控模式"的协同实践,包括自主学习平台的构建、管理制度的构建、智能化管理平台的构建等。为了达到志愿者专业化发展中"内生模式"与"外控模式"的协同效应,在志愿者队伍建设中需要坚持人职匹配的原则、梯队发展构建的原则、分级分层分类构建的原则。 The endogenous mode of volunteer's professional development is to mobilize and develop their spontaneity,enthusiasm and initiative,so as to achieve the development process of promoting the growth of the volunteers themselves and realizing their self value.The dynamic orientation of the endogenous mode in the development of volunteers' specialization can be stimulated from four aspects:social expectations,guiding role of policies and guidelines,the needs of volunteers' development,and the purpose of harmonious development of volunteers' body and mind.The process of professional development of volunteers can not be separated from the objective and planned intervention of the external forces.The collaborative practice of external control mode includes the construction of independent learning platform,the construction of management system,and the construction of intelligent management platform.In order to achieve the synergy effect of "endogenous mode" and "external control mode" in the development of volunteer specialization,we need to adhere to the principle of person to job matching,the principle of echelon development and the principle of hierarchical classification.
