摘要
目的:探讨艾迪注射液联合TP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的效果。方法:收治非小细胞肺癌患者60例,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组基于TP方案治疗,研究组在此基础上联合艾迪注射液治疗。结果:研究组总有效率显著高于对照组,KPS有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组白细胞下降率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合TP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌不仅可以提高疗效、改善生活质量,而且安全性高。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Addie injection combined with TP regimen in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:60 patients with non small cell lung cancer were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with TP regimen,and the study group combined with Addie injection based on TP regimen.Results:The total effective rate in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the effective rate of KPS was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The leucocyte descending rate in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Addie injection combined with TP regimen in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer can not only improve the curative effect,improve the quality of life,but also has high safety.
