摘要
陕西青年职业学院(省团校)的教学督导工作走过了10个年头,正在走向成熟和完善,如何使教学督导工作既不脱离实际,又科学现代,这就要从教学实际和学校的性质去着手,探索适合自身特点,同时又行之有效的方法十分必要。学院内部质量保障体系由教学督导、教学系与学生三方组成,而团校则应该根据自己的性质,自办教研组借鉴职院已有经验和考核办法。
