摘要
针对多款车型正碰过程中的驾驶员胸部伤害情况,基于THUMS有限元假人搭建驾驶员DYNA约束系统仿真模型,并对其胸部损伤情况进行了分析。在此基础上,进一步研究了在中低速碰撞下,安全带点火对THUMS人体模型胸部损伤的影响。结果表明:所研究的几款配有预紧安全带的车型,安全带点火的临界速度范围为25~30km/h。
Aiming at the injury of driver in frontal impact of various vehicles, the model of driver restraint system is developed in LS-DYNA with THUMS FEM dummy. Chest injury analyses are carried out thereafter. Based on the simulation model, further investigations of belt firing on chest injuries is performed under frontal impact at mid-low speed. Results show that for the studied vehicles with belt that have pre-tension functionality, the critical speed of belt fire is at the range of 25-30 km/h.
