某简支钢桁架桥跨度85m,钢结构重约1 150t。受现场施工条件的限制,选用浮托顶推法架设施工。浮托顶推法施工的主要设施由水上驳船浮托系统、顶推滑移系统、方向控制系统和落梁系统组成。重点介绍了浮托顶推法各主要设施的设计、工作原理、施工步骤和质量控制措施。
A simply supported steel truss bridge span is 85 m,weighs 1 150 tons. The method of floating tow jacking erection was chosen to avoid the limitation of site construction conditions. The main facilities of float tow jacking erection method are composed of barge floating system,jacking sliding system,direction control system and girder falling system. This paper focuses on the introduction of the design of main devices,working principle,construction steps and quality control measures.
