新生儿呼吸道感染的病原菌及耐药性分析研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析目前新生儿呼吸道感染的病原菌及其耐药性情况。方法回顾性的分析我院在1年之内收治的38例新生儿呼吸道感染患儿,分析患儿在临床发病过程中的感染病原菌和耐药性情况。结果本次研究检出病原菌为104株,革兰阴性菌数量为76株,占比为73.07%,主要是肺炎克雷伯菌以及大肠埃希菌。其次为革兰阳性菌,数量25株,占比为24.03%,主要为葡萄球菌。其余为真菌,数量为3株,占比为2.88%。在耐药性上,对万古霉素和替考拉宁呋喃妥因敏感性高,对青霉素和红霉素等药物严重耐药。结论导致新生儿呼吸道感染最主要的病原菌为革兰阴性菌,可以按照其耐药性选择药物。
