摘要
插补算法是数控系统不可缺少的关键技术之一,在金属堆焊成型机中具有重要的作用。而采用极坐标成形的金属零件具有较高的力学性能和表面光整度。有鉴于此,通过对极坐标下直线插补算法原理的研究,提出一种新的终点判断方法,解决了直线插补中特殊点可能出现的误操作问题,推导出了跨任一象限的直线插补公式。并利用上述原理和方法编写了可视化软件,对插补算法进行验证。
Interpolation algorithm is one of' the key technologies of NC system, it plays an important role in metal welding formingmachine. And the metal parts formed by polar coordinates has high mechanical properties and surface finishing. Considering this, theprinciple of linear interpolation algorith,n of polar coordinates was studied, a new method for judging the end point was proposed tosolve the problem of linear interpolation error operation of special points, and the straight line interpolation formula was derived. Final-ly, the "above principles and methods were used to write the software to verify the interpolation algorithm.
