摘要
超导限流器在故障状态下具有检测和限制短路故障电流快速增长的功能,是解决短路故障电流超标问题的重要措施。分析了混合型超导限流器的运行特性,超导限流器的动作过程、恢复过程和装置参数对配电系统继电保护动作特性的影响,建立了混合型超导限流器的仿真模型,并开展了系统性的仿真试验研究。仿真结果表明,超导限流器的接入将影响继电保护装置的动作整定值和动作时限,研究结果为继电保护的整定提供了方法与理论依据。
The superconducting current limiter has the function of detecting and limiting the rapid growth of the current upon short-circuit fault and it is an important measure to solve the problem that the current upon short- circuit fault exceeds the standard value. The identification analyzed the operation characteristics of the hybrid superconducting current limiter, the operation process of the superconducting current limiter, the influence of the recovery process and the device parameters on the performance characteristic of relay protection in the power distribution system while a simulation model of hybrid superconducting current limiter was built, and a systematic simulation experiment is carried out. The simulation results show that the access of the superconducting current limiter will affect the operation setting value and the operation time limit of the protective relay device. The findings would provide the technique and theoretical basis for the setting of relay protection.
