摘要
目的:探讨一体化护理干预对心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的影响。方法:将85例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组43例和观察组42例,均接受常规治疗,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予一体化护理干预,比较两组临床疗效、治疗依从性、生存质量、负性情绪及心功能。结果:观察组疗效、治疗依从性及心功能均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后生存质量及负性情绪评分均优于干预前(P<0.05),且干预后观察组生存质量及负性情绪评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:一体化护理干预可显著改善心力衰竭合并心律失常患者的生存质量和心理状态,改善其心功能和治疗依从性,从而提高疗效。
Objective： To explore the effect of integrated nursing intervention on patients with heart failure and arrhythmia. Methods： A total of 85 cases with heart failure combined with arrhythmia were randomly divided into the control group with 43 cases and the observation group with 42 cases. They both were treated with conventional treatment. The control group was given conventional nursing,the observation group was given the integrated nursing intervention based on the conventional nursing intervention. Clinical curative effect,treatment compliance,quality of life,negative emotion and heart function of the two groups were compared. Results： The efficacy,treatment compliance and cardiac function of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. After the intervention,the quality of life and negative emotion scores of the two groups were significantly better than those before the intervention（ P〈0. 05）,and the quality of life and negative emotion scores of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group after the intervention（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Integrated nursing intervention can significantly improve heart failure combined with arrhythmia patients＇ quality of life and mental state,improve cardiac function and treatment compliance,so as to improve the curative effect.
