Association of mental health,job burnout and mental fatigue in mental workers

摘要 目的探讨脑力劳动者心理健康、职业倦怠和脑力疲劳的关系。方法采用方便抽样法,以宁夏11个科研单位的276名脑力劳动者为研究对象,采用《症状自评量表》(SCL-90)、《职业倦怠量表》和《疲劳量表》中的《脑力疲劳分量表》对其心理健康、职业倦怠和脑力疲劳进行调查。结果脑力劳动者的SCL-90、职业倦怠总分分别为(142.4±42.2)和(41.8±10.5)分,脑力疲劳总分中位数和第25、75百分位数为3.0(2.0,4.0)分。SCL-90总分与脑力疲劳、职业倦怠总分均呈正相关关系(P<0.01)。职业倦怠是脑力劳动者脑力疲劳和心理健康的中介变量(中介效应占总效应的43.4%),成就感低落维度是脑力疲劳和心理健康的调节变量。结论职业倦怠在脑力劳动者脑力疲劳和心理健康间起着中介作用,其中成就感低落维度起调节作用。 Objective To explore the association of mental health, job burnout and mental fatigue in mental workers. Methods A total of 276 mental workers in 11 research institutes in Ningxia were selected as research subjects by convenient sampling method. The questionnaire survey was carried out using the scales of Self-Reporting Inventory (SCL-90), Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey and Mental Fatigue subscale of Fatigue Scale-14 to investigate the workers' mental health, job burnout and mental fatigue. Results The scores of SCL-90 and job burnout in mental workers were ( 142. 4 ± 42. 2) and (41.8 ± 10. 5). The medium ( P25, P75 ) mental fatigue total score was [ 3.0 (2. 0, 4. 0) ]. The correlation analysis showed that the total score of SCL-90 was positively correlated with that of mental fatigue and job burnout (P 〈0. 01 ). The job burnout was the intermediate variable between mental fatigue and mental health (43.4% of the total effect). The dimension of low sense of accomplishment was the regulating variable. Conclusion Job burnout plays an intermediate role between mental fatigue and mental health in mental workers. The low sense of accomplishment plays a regulatory role.
