中国机器人辅助根治性膀胱切除术专家共识 被引量：17

摘要 随着2006年达芬奇机器人手术系统引入我国并在一些主要城市的医院推广，我国泌尿外科医生已经积累了近20 000例机器人泌尿外科手术经验。目前国际上已有研究结果证实了机器人辅助根治性膀胱切除术（robotic assisted radical cystectomy，RARC）的围手术期及远期疗效与开放手术及腹腔镜手术相当，可行性已得到认可。我国已开展RARC 2 000余例，但技术上还处于探索阶段。为更好地规范及推广该项技术，我们邀请了具有丰富机器人手术经验的国内专家根据自己的经验，参考国内外相关文献，针对RARC的患者及术式选择、术中操作要点制定了本共识。
