摘要 目的了解神经监测技术在甲状腺手术中的应用规范。方法从喉返神经解剖及损伤类型,监测的原理、必要性、操作流程、信号解读、效果,喉上、副、膈神经监测,神经修复及技术推广进行分析。结果术中神经监测技术越来越多的运用于临床研究,但神经监测技术的规范应用还远远不够。结论通过对神经监测应用规范的研究和推广才能更好地保护喉神经,减少并发症,提高患者术后生活质量。 Objective To understand the application standards of intraoperative neuromonitoring (IONM) technology in thyroid surgery. Methods We analyzed the standards based on the laryngeal nerve dissection and injury type, testing principle, necessity, operation procedure, signal interpretation and results, as well as the monitoring of superior laryngeal nerve, accessory nerve and nervus phrenicus, neural restoration and technology promotion. Results Though the IONM was increasingly applied in clinic, the application of the IONM standard was still not enough. Conclusion It could be better to protect the nerve, reduce the operation complications and serve the clinical work through research on the standards of IONM.
