摘要 成分制备中采取全自动血液分离机或手工分离法,对其应用效果讨论研究。中心血站共选取供血全血7208袋,在成分制备过程中应用全自动血液分离机及手工分离方法,主要进行供全血的血浆进行分离处理,同时还要对全血的去白细胞红细胞进行分离处理,将这一成分制备工作应用上述两种方法,对其中分离制备操作流程、结果和失败原因进行讨论研究。7208袋全血应用全自动血液分离机进行成分制备处理,其中分离成功共7201袋,其所占比例为99.90%;另外剩余7袋全血分离失败,其所占比例为0.10%;操作人员对全自动血液分离机全血分离失败原因进行探讨研究,其中以血袋导管渗漏、安装不到位冲红、挤压装置不能复位等最常见。在全血成分制备中应用全自动血液分离机进行操作,其分离成功率很高,分离操作更有针对性和科学性,同时自动化操作能够保证分离结果更准确,能够进一步提高血液制备的质量,将其应用于成分制备中具有重要意义。 the automatic blood separator or manual separation method was used in the preparation of ingredients, and the application effect was discussed. The operation application of automatic blood separator in whole blood component preparation, separation and its success rate is very high, the separation operation of more targeted and scientific, and automatic operation can ensure the separation results more accurate, to further improve the quality of blood preparation, its application has important significance in the composition of the preparation.
