预防2型糖尿病患者夜间低血糖的护理干预研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨降低2型糖尿病患者夜间低血糖发生率的综合护理干预措施。方法将2015年6~12月住院的325例2型糖尿病患者作为对照组,2016年1~6月389例住院的2型糖尿病患者作为干预组。对照组给予常规护理,干预组给予合理饮食、运动干预、知识宣教,并对低年资护理人员进行强化培训,以提高对患者夜间发生低血糖的应对能力。比较2组患者低血糖发生率及低血糖症状发生情况。结果干预组低血糖发生率及低血糖症状发生率均低于对照组(χ~2=88.192,P<0.001;χ~2=78.028,P<0.001)。结论综合护理干预能够有效降低患者夜间低血糖发生率,维持患者夜间正常血糖值,减少并发症的发生。 Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the nocturnal hypoglycemia of type 2 diabetes patients.Methods Totally 325 type 2 diabetes patients hospitalized between June and December 2015 were chosen into a control group,while another 389 patients hospitalized between January and June 2016 were selected into an intervention group.The control group was given the traditional nursing,while the intervention group was provided with reasonable diet,exercise intervention,health education and specialized nursing staff trained to cope with the nocturnal hypoglycemia.The incidence of hypoglycemia and its symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of hypoglycemia and its symptoms of the intervention group was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ~2=88.192,P <0.001;χ~2=78.028,P<0.001).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively maintain normal blood sugar of patients at night,reducing the incidence of nocturnal hypoglycemia and its complications.
