摘要
基于问卷调查的数据,采用因子分析方法构建多维领导方式对于煤矿工人安全行为影响的RERACO模型,并将模型中指标的权重按照对煤矿工人安全行为的影响程度进行等级分类,再利用中介变量检验的方法对模型进行中介变量分析。研究得出,构建的RERACO模型与矿工安全行为有显著的正向相关关系。不同等级的指标对于矿工安全行为的影响存在显著差异性。关怀型以及组织型领导方式分别以移情型领导方式下的组织安全气氛指标以及可靠型领导方式下井下作业安全指标作为中介变量来影响矿工的安全行为。
Based on the data of questionnaire survey, the multidimensional leadership model of reliability leader-ship - style, empathy leadership - style, responsibility leadership - style, assurance leadership - style,care leadership - style and organization leadership - style was constructed by factor analysis method in SPSS. The weights of the indicators in the model are classified according to the degcoal miners, and the model was analyzed by the method of Baron and Kenny intermediate variable test. Thestud- y shows that the model has a significant positive correlation with the safety behavior of miners,and there are sig-nificant differences in the impact of different grades on the safety behavior of miners. Care type and organization-based leadership style respectively exert effects on the safety behavior of miners in thesecurity under empathy - based leadership, and downhole operation under the reliability leadership - style.
