摘要
目的:分析探讨阿司匹林淀粉微球在兔体内药动学。方法:按照数字随机方法将10只家兔分成两组,5只对照组家兔选择口服片剂给药,5只实验组家兔选择鼻腔微球给药,选择反向高效液相色谱法来对家兔的血浆水杨酸浓度进行测定,同时选择3P87软件进行处理。结果:和口服给药相比,鼻腔给药的吸收半衰期更长,具有较高的相对生物利用度。结论:鼻腔微球给药能让药物吸收有效提高,和口服给药相比,临床疗效更加显著。
Objective:To explore aspirin starch microspheres pharmacokinetics in rabbits.Methods:10 rabbits were divided into two groups according to the random number method,5 rabbits in control group were given oral tablets,and the other 5 rabbits in the experimental group were given nasal microsphere administration;Reverse high performance liquid chromatography(RHPLC)was used to determine the concentration of salicylic acid in plasma of rabbits,and 3 P87 software was selected for treatment.Results:Compared with oral administration,intranasal administration had longer absorption half-life and higher relative bioavailability.Conclusion:The administration of nasal microspheres can improve the absorption of drugs,and the clinical effect is more significant than that of oral administration.
