摘要
目的分析快速康复护理在肾脏部分切除术患者围手术期的应用效果。方法抽取2015年3月—2017年4月于我院行肾脏部分切除术的患者,随机分为两组,各42例。研究组实施快速康复护理,对照组实施常规护理,对比护理效果。结果研究组患者排气时间、通便时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应发生率低于对照组(P>0.05)。结论肾脏部分切除术患者实施快速康复护理疗效更佳。
Objective To analysis the effect of rapid rehabilitative nursing in patients with partial nephrectomy perioperative. Methods Patients who underwent partial nephrectomy in our hospital from March 2015 to April 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in each group. Study group was given rapid rehabilitation care, the control group was given routine care, nursing effects were compared. Results The study group was shorter than the control group in exhausting time, laxative time and hospitalization time （P 〈 0.05）, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Renal partial resection in patients with rapid rehabilitation nursing has better effect.
