摘要
目的对照研究肱骨远端C型骨折手术入路选择及术后功能康复的效果。方法选择2014年2月~2017年2月我院收治的68例肱骨远端C型骨折患者作为研究对象,根据不同的手术入路将其分为对照组(n=34)和治疗组(n=34),对照组实施经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路手术治疗,治疗组实施经肱三头肌两侧入路手术治疗,将两组患者临床指标、并发症发生率、肘关节功能评分、关节活动度进行对比分析。结果治疗组临床指标、并发症发生率明显低于对照组,且肘关节功能评分、关节活动度明显高于对照组,P<0.05。结论肱骨远端C型骨折患者选择经肱三头肌两侧入路手术治疗,临床疗效显著,既可改善临床指标、降低并发症发生率,又可提高肘关节功能及关节活动度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the surgical approach and postoperative functional rehabilitation of distal humerus type C fractures. Methods Sixty-eight cases of distal humerus type C fractures in our hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into control group（n=34） and treatment group（n=34） according to different surgical approaches. The control group was treated with osteotomy of olecranon approach, and the treatment group was treated with bilateral triceps approach. The clinical indexes, complication rate, elbow function score and range of motion of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical indexes and complication rate of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the elbow joint function score and joint mobility were significantly higher than those of the control group, P 〈0.05. Conclusion The treatment of C type fractures of distal humerus patients with bilateral triceps approach surgery, the clinical effect is significant, not only can improve the clinical indicators, reduce the incidence of complications, but also improve the elbow joint function and joint mobility, worthy of clinical application.
